Returnable Items

  • Stock Coroplast Banners
  • Non-painted steel bench card sign holders
  • 24" x 36" A-Frame and Sidewalk Stand holders

The above items are returnable for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Claim is made within 3 days of receipt of order.
  • You must contact us at (919) 577-9901 for return instructions.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging.
  • Return freight will NOT be paid by Clarity Connect unless the cause of return is manufacturers defect, shipping damage, or our error.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the cause of return is manufacturers defect, shipping damage, or our error.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee for items returned for reasons other than damage/manufacturer defect. Refund amount will be minus 25% of the purchase price ($10 minimum).

Non-Returnable Items

Any items not listed above are non-returnable. This list includes, but is not limited to:

  • Painted steel bench card sign holders
  • Feather Flags
  • Printed bench cards
  • Vinyl banners

Non-returnable Items

All items not mentioned above are non-returnable except for manufacturers defect, shipping damage, or our error. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Icon Font
  • Bench Card Orders and Downloads
  • Custom posters and banners

Xerox Printers: 

For manufacturers defect, please contact Xerox Support at 1-800-835-6100.  You will need the printer's Serial Number when you call.
