Shipping Policy
Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground in the continental United States. Of course, at checkout you can select a more expedited shipping method. The map at the right shows the typical days in transit from Holly Springs via UPS Ground. In addition to shipping time, you will need to allow for production and packaging time. The average production/packaging time for our main product groups follows:
- Plant Bench Cards: Typically ship the same business day if we receive the order by noon EST. Plant Bench card Orders received after 12:00pm, typically ship next business day.
- Non-customized Coroplast and Vinyl Banners: 2-3 business days
- Customized Coroplast and Vinyl Banners: 3-5 business days
- Wood and Steel sign holders: Typically ship within 5 business days but may take up to 10 busines days.
- Flying banners (tear drop and convex): 2-3 weeks unless identifed as in stock.
- Xerox Printers and Toner: 1 business day
- Icon Font: Same business day
- All other products typically ship in to 2 business days.
Orders received on weekends or holidays will not be entered until the next business day. We will only ship on-line orders to the Continental US and Canada. Call us, (919) 577-9901, if you wish for products to be shipped to a different country.
